Transition to the Protocol for the transmission of data on monetary settlements from cash registers with the function of fixation and (or) transmission of data to the server of fiscal data operators version 2.0.3.

The Committee notifies that in accordance with the amendments made to the procedure of application of CRM, the Committee has developed a new Protocol of data transmission from CRM with the function of fixation and (or) data transfer to the server of OFD, version 2.0.3 (hereinafter - Protocol version 2.0.3),

Protocol version 2.0.3 published on the official Internet resource of the Committee on June 20, 2025.

The Protocol version 2.0.3 provides for a service for automatic connection of a cash register to the National Catalog of Goods and geolocation on the side of the OFD, which determines the exact location of the cash register.

In this regard, taxpayers using cash registers with hardware and software complexes should reprogram the functions of cash registers in accordance with the Protocol version 2.0.3 until October 15, 2025.

Taxpayers using CRM, which are electronic devices with the function of fixation and (or) data transmission (iron cash registers) shall reprogram them until November 15, 2025.

For reprogramming of cash registers it is necessary to apply to the developers of cash registers and to the centers of technical service of cash registers.

In addition, we inform you that since November 17, 2025 it is planned to disconnect the Protocol version 2.0.2 OFD.
