The State Revenue Department recalls that on October 1 of this year, the deadline for payment of property tax for 2024 by individuals who own real estate and land plots expires.
The tax is calculated by the tax authorities on the basis of the value of taxable objects determined by the Government for Citizens State Corporation and the actual period of ownership of the property.
Starting from October 2, 2025, notices of tax arrears of individuals will be sent to persons who have not paid the amount of tax on time.
You can pay the tax through the mobile applications of e-Salyq Azamat and second-tier banks, the Electronic Government portal, in cash at second-tier bank branches or payment terminals, as well as using bank cards at ATMs and payment terminals.
