The “ Clean City ” campaign, which was held in Shymkent to strengthen environmental culture and maintain public sanitation, was of particular importance. As part of this event, the city police used drones to detect and promptly stop illegal dumping. This is a manifestation of a significant technological revolution in the system of environmental and administrative control.

For comparison, let's recall similar city events last year. For example, for many years, environmental actions in Shymkent were held mainly in the format of Saturdays. Residents and volunteers spent one day cleaning the city streets and river banks, collecting garbage, and planting trees. Although this experiment yielded results, it was temporary in nature - limited to one-time efforts.

The current “Clean City” campaign is a different format: it is a complex implementation of regular raids, the use of technological innovations (drones), administrative control and crime prevention activities. Therefore, it is a real manifestation of the transition to high standards of environmental discipline and sanitary control.

Drone operations are also showing positive results in terms of public responsibility. Residents are becoming more aware of the need to comply with environmental standards and landscaping requirements. The fact that the public sees the actions of drones and understands that they are under control is an important factor affecting discipline.

As a result of police raids, the perpetrators were identified and brought to administrative responsibility. This was a concrete step towards maintaining environmental order.  

In conclusion, the essence of the “Clean City” campaign in 2025 is different from the events of previous years - it is distinguished by the introduction of technological innovation (drones), the transition to a system of regular raids, rather than random ones, and the provision of a concrete basis for legal responsibility. This is a new way to form an ecological culture for residents, to maintain the sanitary cleanliness of the city. Only together and responsibly can Shymkent become a clean and comfortable city.
