They make them understand that environmental protection is the responsibility of every resident, not just government agencies.
Ecological culture is a reflection of a developed society. The Shymkent Sembilik festival was a reason for this culture to rise to a new level. The city's residents once again proved that it is the duty of every citizen to treat nature with compassion and contribute to the beautification of their native land.
The city administration noted that such measures will continue systematically. In the future, it is planned to not only hold more frequent clean-up events, but also organize regular cleaning campaigns in each district of the city.
In addition, various explanatory activities will be carried out in schools, colleges, and universities to promote environmental culture. This initiative is aimed at instilling responsibility for nature protection in the younger generation.
The city-wide clean-up event held on September 6 showed that Shymkent is a city of true unity and organization. The participation of thousands of residents in a common cause is a clear proof of the growing awareness of environmental responsibility.
