On September 9 , 2025, the Al-Farabi District Prosecutor's Office organized a large-scale Saturday as part of the "Clean Kazakhstan" campaign and the "Law and Order" concept. In addition to residents of the district, a specially created group of "Guardians of Cleanliness", representatives of law enforcement agencies and public utilities actively participated in this event.

During the campaign, a special highlight was the active work of the "Cleanliness Guards". They traveled around different areas of the city, identifying illegal posts promoting drugs. As a result, about 20 posts were found and promptly reported to the police. This information was duly registered and entered into the AEC database.

The emergence of such inscriptions can have a negative impact on the minds of young people and pave the way for bad behavior in society. Therefore, preventing such illegal actions is not only the responsibility of law enforcement agencies, but also the responsibility of society as a whole.

According to the district prosecutor's office, to date, about 500 reports have been received from municipal employees. Based on them, more than 400 administrative protocols have been drawn up, and appropriate measures have been taken against citizens who violated the law. In addition, one case was recognized as criminal and sent to court. As a result, a court verdict was issued, and the guilty person was brought to justice.

These data demonstrate the importance of maintaining legal order and the systematic nature of the work carried out by the prosecutor's office.

The Al-Farabi District Prosecutor's Office calls on residents to demonstrate an active civic stance. After all, cleanliness and safety are the shared responsibility of not only government agencies, but also of every resident. If every citizen keeps their yard and street clean and promptly reports illegal activities, city life will be much safer and more comfortable.

The "Clean Kazakhstan" campaign is widely known throughout the republic and continues in many regions. This initiative is aimed at protecting the environment, improving urban and rural areas, eliminating illegal landfills, and forming an ecological culture among young people.

The Saturday clean-up in the Al-Farabi district was organized as part of this campaign and was not limited to cleaning measures, but also contributed to strengthening law and order.

As representatives of the city administration and the prosecutor's office noted, the safety of residents and maintaining public order are the main conditions for sustainable development. Cleanliness is not only an aesthetic requirement, it also directly affects the health of the population, the quality of life, and the future of children.

In this regard, the district prosecutor's office urges residents to immediately report any violations to the police or special hotlines.

The event also involved school and college students from the district. Under the slogan "Cleanliness is a mirror of culture," they helped clean the streets of garbage and paint. The activity of young people was an important example for the future of society.

Young volunteers also conducted outreach among residents and distributed information leaflets about the dangers of drugs.

This Sabbath cleaning in the Al-Farabi district was not just a cleaning event, it was an important step towards maintaining order in society, educating young people, and increasing the civic responsibility of residents.

The district prosecutor's office announced that it will continue such measures in the future and work together with residents.

Security and law and order are our shared responsibility. The cleanliness and safety of our city depend on our vigilance and activity.
