🔹Today, as part of the 30th anniversary of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, the "Day of the Language, Culture and Traditions of the Uzbek Ethno" was widely celebrated in the Central Park of Shymkent, organized by the "Dustlik" Association of Ethnocultural Associations of Uzbeks of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

🔹The festive event opened with a unique stage performance by the artists of the Shymkent Uzbek Drama Theater, portraying the images of Abai and Alisher Navoi, and guests enjoyed exhibitions highlighting national values.

🔹The event was attended by Alisher Satvaldiev, Deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kairat Baimoldinov, Head of the Sector of the Secretariat of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Bakhtiyor Ibragimov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Kazakhstan, Ikramzhan Khashimzhanov, Chairman of the "Dustlik" Association, Zangarbek Usupakhmetov, Acting Head of the Department of Internal Policy and Youth Affairs of Shymkent, Zangarbek Usupakhmetov, and the "Social Agreement" of Shymkent.
Nurken Alimkulov, head of the Uzbek Ethnocultural Association of Shymkent, Tahirbek Nishanbayev, chairman of the Shymkent city Uzbek ethnocultural association, and public activists attended.

🔹The concert program began with the National Anthem and continued with the composition "Welcome" by theater artists. The "Bahor" dance ensemble of school No. 13 named after Mukimi presented the national dance of the Uzbek people "Shodlik" and Kazakh dance. The Shymkent City Drama Theater staged the composition "Sary Zhailau" and won the warm welcome of the audience, while the singer of the city opera and ballet theater Nematilla Zikrillaev performed the songs "Otan" by Tolegen Mukhamedzhanov and "Tynda" by A. Zatsepin, adding to the festive atmosphere. Theater artist Shakhista Usmanova also sang the beautiful melody of the Uzbek people - "Mustakhzod".

🔹During the festive gathering, a number of citizens were awarded for their contribution to strengthening ethnocultural ties.
