As noted in the Address to the People of Kazakhstan by Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on September 8, 2025, the widespread introduction of artificial intelligence and mass digitalization are aimed at significantly increasing the country's potential in all areas. This is the main priority of our strategic program.

In addition, the state will provide comprehensive support to young people who strive for science and education, contribute to the welfare of the country and the development of the land. All large-scale initiatives and projects undertaken are primarily aimed at ensuring a bright future for the younger generation.
