The "Old Record" concert was held in the Central Park of Shymkent, organized by the city's Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan and the city's Slavic Ethnocultural Association.
The goal of the popular musical event is to bring joy to the older generation and continue the continuity of generations by presenting the city's residents and guests with hit songs from the past, reviving values such as friendship, respect, and love in their memory.
Nurken Alimkulov, the head of the Shymkent city "Public Agreement" institution, specially attended the concert and congratulated the esteemed teachers on their professional holidays. He emphasized that understanding and respect are indispensable in a society where friendship and mutual trust are established.
The Shymkent residents' favorite group "Yuzhny Gorod" and a number of local stars performed in front of the gathered audience, including Lyudmila Naumova, Alexey Skibin, Nurlan Zhubaniyazov, Raziya Gareeva, Svetlana Artyomova, Sofia Karpets, and Svetlana Rashidova.
The retro band "Phonograph", which enjoys a high reputation among the residents of the country's third metropolis, performed a cover of popular music, captivating the crowd gathered in the park and creating a special atmosphere.
