Today, with the participation of regional Akim Nurlybek Nalibayev, a ceremony was held to hand over the keys to seven new residential buildings built on the city's left bank, intended for socially vulnerable groups. Heads of relevant departments, representatives of the intelligentsia, and city residents participated in the ceremony.

«This year marks 100 years since the return of our people's historical name – «Kazakh» – and 100 years since Kyzylorda was the capital of the Kazakh state. This anniversary is being widely celebrated. With the support of the Head of State, beautiful and modern buildings have been erected in our region during this significant year, parks and alleys have been renovated, and roads have been widened. Today, we have gathered to share the joy of our fellow countrymen who have become the owners of their own homes and to hand them the keys to their apartments. Our region is implementing major infrastructure projects aimed at improving the living conditions of our citizens. Over the past three years, 2.5 million square meters of housing have been commissioned from all funding sources. More than 5,000 apartments (5,148) were purchased for socially vulnerable groups on waiting lists, as well as for citizens whose only housing was deemed unsafe, allowing more than 25,000 residents to celebrate housewarming. Approximately 1,500 apartments were handed over in district centers. Our builders are greatly credited with developing the construction industry, which beautifies our region, imbues it with architectural expressiveness, and gives new impetus to its development. At the ceremony, a letter of gratitude from the regional akim was presented to the contractors of «Meliorator» LLC for the high-quality construction work, and honorary citizen of the Kyzylorda region, Ibragim Abibullaev, gave his blessing – bata.
This year, 58 billion 785 million tenge has been allocated from the budget for the purchase of 3,800 finished apartments through housing construction projects and from individual developers. A total of 870,000 square meters of housing will be provided from all funding sources.
It is especially noteworthy that since last year, modern multi-story residential buildings of 7, 9, and 12 stories with a new design have been under construction in the city.
