Today, on September 9, a regular staff meeting was held under the chairmanship of the Akim of Zhanaozen, Janseit Kainarbayev.

The agenda included a report on the results of state services provided over the past eight months through the City Public Service Center and the Auto PSC of the State Corporation “Government for Citizens.” The report was delivered by the head of the center, Gulzada Yusupova.

The meeting also addressed the implementation status of protocol instructions given during previous staff meetings chaired by the city akim. On this matter, Gauhar Eshbayeva, Chief Inspector of the Organizational and Control Department of the city administration, presented a report.

During the meeting, the city akim emphasized the need to improve the quality of public services and to promote the wider adoption of digital systems among the population. In addition, due to the increase in road traffic accidents, he instructed the relevant departments to strengthen road safety measures.

Based on the results of the meeting, specific tasks were assigned to the responsible organizations, and their implementation will be recorded in the meeting protocol.
