Kazakh delegation headed by Vice Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan D. Kengbeil took part in the 10th anniversary Moscow Financial Forum, held on September 18, 2025 in Moscow at the «Manege» Central Exhibition Hall.

The Moscow Financial Forum is a platform for professional discussion focused on issues of macroeconomic policy, financial development and investment cooperation.

Dauren Kengbeil participated in the plenary session dedicated to the challenges and objectives of the financial system, as well as in expert sessions where the main topics of discussion included international finance, investment attraction, new directions in the digitalization of public procurement and financial control, and regional aspects of economic growth.

Within the framework of the Forum, the Ministries of Finance of the CIS member states signed a Memorandum of Cooperation in the field of public finance management, aimed at strengthening financial interaction and promoting economic development through the exchange of expertise among relevant specialists.

In addition, on the sidelines of the Forum, issues of interaction and further expansion of cooperation were discussed with Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation I. Chebeskov.
