In order to increase the tax culture of the population, the level compliance with cash discipline and reduce the shadow economy, the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan implements some actions through the Amian mobile application:

1. 1. «Demand a receipt – win a prize»

• Terms: 3 April – 31 December 2025.
• Participation: registration of fiscal receipts through the app.
• Prizes: monetary and valuable gifts.

2. «Baige»

• Terms: 1 May – 31 December 2025.
• Quarterly results.
• 20 winners (by region) receive 100,000 tenge each for the largest number of receipts.

3. 3. Pilot project «Salyq cashback»

• Terms: 15 March – 31 December 2025.
• Point: refund of 2% of the amount of purchases from SMEs.
• Funds can be transferred to a card or phone balance.

4. Monthly giveaways with Halyk Bank

• Terms: 1 June – 30 November 2025.
• Prizes: until 100 000 bonuses.
• Conditions: card for purchases or QR Halyk.

Importance of receipts:

• A receipt confirms the transaction and protects consumer rights.
• Failure to issue a receipt leads to an underestimation of business income and a decrease in tax revenues.
• Each receipt is a contribution to the transparency of the economy and honest entrepreneurship.

 The Amian application provides a service for filing complaints about violations of cash discipline, such as the non-issuance of a fiscal receipt or  ,,refusal to accept payment by card.
