Today, the Rukhaniyat center hosted a meeting of the district's activists dedicated to discussing the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Kemelovich Tokayev to the people of the country "Kazakhstan in the era of artificial intelligence: current issues and their solution through radical digital transformations."

Akim of the district Zhandos Yerkinbek opened the meeting, noting that in the current Address special attention is paid to the accelerated introduction of digitalization and artificial intelligence technologies for the modernization of all sectors of the economy.

During the discussion, Chairman of the district maslikhat Adil Koshalakov focused on initiatives that could give a new impetus to the economic, socio-political development of the country. Chairman of Zhanazhol LLP Orynbasar Tolepov spoke on the introduction of advanced technologies in agriculture, rational use of water and increasing investment activity. The director of the district School House, Kuralai Manasova, made a report on the digitalization of education and the development of artificial intelligence, and the chairman of the public association "Ult Birligi – Karmakshi" and the district council of elders, Shegebai Kundakbayev, raised issues of forming a cultural and civilized society free from negative habits.

The akim of the district stressed the need for coordinated work in the seven main areas outlined in the Message and gave specific instructions to the responsible departments.

Thus, in terms of economic diversification and support for small and medium-sized businesses, the district Department of Entrepreneurship and Industry was instructed to step up efforts to attract investment, develop processing and create new jobs.

The issue of returning unused agricultural land to state ownership was considered separately. The district Department of Agriculture and Land Relations should complete their re-involvement in the turnover by the end of this year. At the same time, the mayor stressed that the land plots will be transferred only to those who are able to use them effectively.

The topic of reducing the deterioration of housing and communal infrastructure has been raised. Thus, power transmission lines are already under construction in the village of Iircol, and in the village of Dur Ongar, work will be completed and commissioned in October. Akim demanded to ensure the quality and compliance with the deadlines of the projects.

In the field of water supply, it is planned to introduce water-saving technologies in 2026-2028. In addition, outdated pumping units were updated and two new borehole pumps were installed in the villages of Aktobe and Akzhar. The district head ordered to ensure timely and high-quality implementation of these projects.

In accordance with the instruction of the President on the development of curricula on the basics of artificial intelligence for schoolchildren, the district education department has been instructed to strengthen efforts to improve the quality of education.

Summing up, Zhandos Yerkinbek noted:
– Together we are building a Fair Kazakhstan based on fair competition and equal opportunities. I urge everyone to work with high responsibility for the good of the country," concluded the akim of the district.
