On September 18, 2025, a joint meeting of the standing commissions of the Kostanay City Maslikhat was held under the chairmanship of the Maslikhat Secretary, Arman Ismailov. The Deputy Akim of Kostanay and administrators of budget programs took part in the meeting.

During the session, the deputies unanimously adopted the following resolutions:

1. Amendments to Resolution No. 147 of December 30, 2024, “On the budget of the city of Kostanay for 2025–2027.”

2. Amendments to Resolutions No. 95 of March 15, 2022, and No. 53 of September 21, 2023 (regarding the composition of the consultative body supporting penal institutions and the reintegration of persons who have served criminal sentences).

3. Approval of the Methodology for evaluating the performance of administrative civil servants of the “B” corps of the state institution “Office of the Kostanay City Maslikhat.”
