The State Corporation "Government for Citizens" regularly conducts training events aimed at improving public service delivery processes and implementing modern practices.

Since the beginning of 2025, the State Corporation has been implementing a series of training events that provide government employees with the opportunity to develop professional skills and deliver high-quality, transparent, and citizen-focused public services.

It is worth noting that during this period, 43 training events with the participation of government representatives were held at the State Corporation's front offices. These seminars facilitated the exchange of experience, the development of uniform work standards, and the implementation of modern approaches to public service delivery.

For example, the Tanym Corporate Training Center held a two-day seminar in Astana on September 4-5, dedicated to working with the kenes1414 and e-Otіnіsh knowledge bases, as well as optimizing internal processes and using e-Government portal services.

Representatives of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the Prosecutor General's Office participated in the seminar, explaining the rules for registering and recording appeals with government agencies. Specialists from the Ministry of Justice also provided clarifications on the application of the Administrative Procedure and Procedure Code. The practical portion of the program focused on the application of the "e-Otіnіsh" system for handling citizen appeals.

At the conclusion of the seminar, the organizers presented participants with certificates for completing the "e-Otіnіsh: Methodology and Practice of Handling Citizen Appeals" program.

Thus, the development of educational programs is becoming an important area of ​​the State Corporation's work to improve the quality of public services, create conditions for professional growth, and implement best practices in serving citizens.
