The Ulytau Regional Civil Forum, dedicated to issues of sustainability of non-governmental organizations, was held in Zhezkazgan.

Asset Balgintaev and Bagdat Rakhmetov, employees of the Constitutional Court, told Forum participants about the tasks and features of constitutional proceedings, how they differ from judicial proceedings, and the requirements for appeals to the constitutional control body under current legislation.

They answered a number of questions from representatives of non-governmental organizations and civil activists who participated in the Forum.
