Today, in the Rukhaniyat center, Akim of the district Zhandos Yerkinbek, on the basis of a decree of the Head of State, together with the heads of law enforcement agencies, held a personal reception of citizens, listening to their topical questions.

The reception was organized as part of the implementation of the President's concept of "A State that hears the voice of the people." About 50 citizens who had signed up in advance came to the meeting and voiced their requests and suggestions.

During the reception, issues of housing security, employment, social assistance, as well as individual situations related to the healthcare sector were raised.

The head of the district and the heads of law enforcement agencies carefully reviewed each appeal and provided the necessary clarifications and answers within the framework of the legislation.

For example, a mother with many children asked for assistance in obtaining permanent housing. The akim of the district noted that this issue should be resolved within the framework of the law, and instructed the responsible departments to study the social status of the citizen and consider the possibility of providing her with housing.

In addition, a number of residents raised issues of the quality of roads in the villages, social support and electricity supply, asking for assistance in solving them. The akim of the district stressed that these problems will be solved in stages, some of them are already being implemented within the framework of relevant programs.

It should be noted that since the beginning of 2025, the akim of the district has held 31 personal receptions and listened to the appeals and suggestions of 213 residents.
