A seminar on preventing harassment was held for employees of the Constitutional Court Administration by the Ethics Commissioner, with the participation of Gaukhar Nursha, Advisor on Gender Issues for the United Nations Development Programme.

The event aimed to promote a culture of zero tolerance for all forms of harassment, including gender discrimination and sexual harassment in the civil service.

During the discussion, participants considered mechanisms for preventing harassment, ways to strengthen an atmosphere of respect and cooperation, and practical steps for creating a comfortable and safe working environment.
