The Department of State Revenue for the Zhetisu region informs participants of foreign trade activities about the new rules established by the Republic of Armenia within the EAEU.

The Government of the Republic of Armenia has introduced temporary licensing of import of steel reinforcement!

📌 Starting from August 11, 2025, a compulsory licensing procedure for import of steel fittings, classified in commodity positions 7214 and 7215 of the HS classifier of the EAEU, into the Republic of Armenia has been introduced.

📅 Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Armenia No. 1077-N of August 7, 2025 is valid from August 11, 2025 to February 11, 2026.

- The license is mandatory when importing under customs procedures:

- “Release for domestic consumption”

- “Processing on the customs territory”

- “Processing for domestic consumption”.

- Authorized Body: Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia.

- The license is issued for each weight up to one ton.

- Term of license issuance: 3 working days from the day of receipt of the application.
