A meeting of the consultative and advisory body was held under the chairmanship of the Deputy Akim of the city, M. M. Shulenov.

The agenda included the following issues:

• Activities of the Penal Correction System (institutions No.38, No.40, No.76);
• Provision of the city police with necessary equipment (dash cameras, terminals);
• Placement of convicts in the adaptation center;
• Implementation of protocol instructions.
