The Department of State Revenues for the city of Shymkent informs that, in accordance with the amendments made on March 14, 2025, to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On certain issues of the use of cash registers" dated February 16, 2018, No. 208, a Data Transmission Protocol has been developed for cash registers with the function of recording and/or transmitting data to the fiscal data operators' server, version 2.0.3.

🔸 On June 20, 2025, Protocol version 2.0.3 was published on the official website of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the following link:

🔸 Protocol version 2.0.3 provides a service for the automatic connection of cash registers to the National Goods Catalogue and determination of geolocation on the side of the fiscal data operator (FDO), which determines the exact location of the cash register.

🔸 In this regard, the deadlines for transition to the new Protocol version 2.0.3 have been set:
– Taxpayers using cash registers that are hardware-software complexes must reprogram the functions of their cash registers in accordance with Protocol version 2.0.3 by October 15, 2025.
– Taxpayers using cash registers that are electronic devices with the function of recording and/or transmitting data ("hardware cash registers") must complete reprogramming by November 15, 2025.

🔸 Additionally, we inform you that, starting from November 17, 2025, Protocol version 2.0.2 of the FDO is scheduled to be disabled.

🔸 As of today, the list of FDOs includes 10 legal entities:
JSC "Kazakhtelecom", JSC "Transtelecom", LLP "Kar-Tel", JSC "Kaspi Bank", LLP "IT ANALYTICS", LLP "Bukhta.kz", LLP "Smartcontract", JSC "Jusan Mobile", LLP "Comrun", LLP "Vaipoing".

🔸 At the same time, the update of cash registers that are hardware-software complexes is carried out automatically without contacting Technical Service Centers.
