Employees of the Beineu customs post of the Department of State Revenue for the Mangystau region have compiled administrative materials on the facts of undeclared transportation of foreign currency across the customs border. The money was discovered during the border control of the passenger train "Volgograd – Tashkent".

 

A citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan, M., born in 1967, without notifying about his foreign currency, which must be declared, moved 20,000 US dollars across the customs border.

On this fact, the Beineu District Court of the Mangystau region decided to find M. guilty of committing an administrative offense under part 3 of Article 551 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan and impose an administrative penalty on him in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of 1,343,350 tenge to the state revenue. Funds in the amount of 10,000 US dollars should be confiscated for state revenue. The funds in the amount of 10,000 US dollars after the entry into force of the decree should be returned to the owner, citizen M.

 

A citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan, A., born in 1970, without notifying about the foreign currency in her possession that required declaration, moved 17,600 US dollars across the customs border.

On this fact, the Beineu District Court of the Mangystau region decided to find A. guilty of committing an administrative offense under part 3 of Article 551 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan and impose an administrative penalty on her in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of 1,020,946 tenge to the state revenue. Funds in the amount of 7,600 US dollars should be confiscated for state revenue. The funds in the amount of 10,000 US dollars after the entry into force of the decree should be returned to the owner, citizen A.
