• The Sazonov family from Rudny won the "Best Work Dynasty" award . Several generations of this family have dedicated themselves to the same work, passing on their experience, values, and love for the profession . Their combined work experience at SSGPO is 225 years.
• Faskhutdinov deservedly received the title of "Best Mentor of Working Youth" Rishat Izakovich from Kostanay , who not only excels in his duties but also helps young colleagues at the KTEK State Enterprise grow and develop.
• Arstambaev won the "Best Young Production Worker" award. Asylbek Yerbulatovich from the city of Zhitikara . His drive for success, hard work, and professionalism have become an example for his peers.

As Asylbek admits Arstambaev : "I chose the electrician profession because it interests me . I enjoy working with my hands, understanding technology, and connecting equipment. This profession will always be in demand—electricity is everywhere: at home, at work, in production. And being an electrician is a responsible job , and people's safety depends on it."

The winners were awarded commemorative statues and cash prizes, and all participants received diplomas and sincere words of gratitude for their contribution to the region's development.

" Paryz " is about social business and caring for people.

The " Paryz " competition recognizes caring businesses—companies that not only focus on profit but also embrace an important social mission. This year, eight regional employers participated, and each one deserves recognition.

The winners were:

• The winner of the "Best Socially Responsible Enterprise" category is Belozerka 2030 LLC from the Kostanay district, which doesn't just run a business but cares about people and the local community.
• The winner of the "Best Enterprise in Occupational Safety" category is Kostanay Minerals JSC from the Zhitikarinsky District, where the health and safety of employees is always a priority.
• In the nomination "Best Collective Agreement" - State Enterprise " Kostanay Thermal Power Company" from the city of Kostanay , where the workforce feels stability, support and respect.
• In the "For Contribution to the Environment" category , the winner was Sokolovsko-Syrbay Mining and Processing Production Association from the city of Rudny, which actively implements environmentally responsible practices.
