On October 1, 2025, Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region is holding the regional competition “Best Abai Study Classroom - 2025”, dedicated to the 180th anniversary of Abai Kunanbayev.

The goal of the competition is to assess the current state of Abai Study classrooms, enhance the significance of the elective course “Abai Study”, encourage professional exchange among teachers, and disseminate best practices.

The competition will be attended by teachers of the Kazakh Language and Literature offering instruction in both Kazakh and Russian from secondary schools of East Kazakhstan region.

Level: regional.

Format: online.

Date: October 1, 2025.

The winners of district/city rounds will participate in the regional round of the competition.
