The Department of State Revenue for the city of Akmola region informs citizens about the approaching deadline for the payment of personal property tax for 2024. The tax must be paid no later than October 1, 2025. Who is the tax payer? Individuals who own the following properties are required to pay property tax: -residential buildings and apartments; -country houses; -garages; -other buildings, structures and premises that are owned by right of ownership.

 Incase of non-payment of the taxbefore October 1, from October2, 2025, debtorswillbenotifiedofthedebt.If the amount of debtexceeds the 1monthlycalculationindex,thenafter30workingdaysfrom the date of sending the notification, an orderforcompulsorydebt collection will beformed,aswell as the accrual of penaltiesforeachday of delay.
