The I. Zhansugurov Palace of Culture hosted a scientific and practical conference "The historical aspect of the formation and development of the Usharal border detachment", dedicated to the sixtieth anniversary of the Border Department for the Alakol district of the Department of the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Zhetisu region.

Lieutenant Colonel Maksat Myrzakhanuly Rysdauletov made a presentation at the conference, noting that protecting the country's borders is a matter of primary importance for the border services, a matter of duty and honor for every border guard.
