Dear Taxpayers!

The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan hereby informs you that on February 13, 2026, from 00:00 to 02:00, technical maintenance works for system update and optimization are scheduled in the “Electronic Invoices” Information System. During this period, the “Electronic Invoices” Information System will be unavailable.

In this regard, if necessary, taxpayers are entitled to issue a Waybill for Goods (SNT), an Electronic Invoice (ESF), and enter them into the “Electronic Invoices” Information System for February 13, 2026, as follows:

– an invoice issued in paper form within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from February 13, 2026;

– a goods accompanying waybill issued in paper form within 3 (three) working days from February 13, 2026.

No penalties will be applied.
