A briefing on "Desk control: what taxpayers need to know" was held at the regional Communications service.

Galiya Sembaeva, head of the Desk monitoring Department of the State Revenue Department for the Pavlodar region, told about what desk monitoring is, what tasks it faces, how to respond to notifications and what will change from 2026.

– Over 13,000 notifications have been sent to taxpayers in 8 months of 2025. Violations were detected from over 10,500 taxpayers in the amount of about 500 billion tenge. As a result of the desk control, additional tax reports were submitted in the amount of more than 15 billion tenge, and about 14 billion tenge was collected from the budget. We urge taxpayers to pay close attention to desk control notifications, respond to them in a timely manner and, if necessary, seek clarification. This will avoid account blocking, checks and other measures of influence," Galiya Sembayeva noted in her speech.
