On September 24, the Akmola Regional Philharmonic named after Ukili Ibrai hosted a festive concert called "Kaldirgan anim amanat", dedicated to the 165th anniversary of one of the founders of the Kazakh traditional song art, an outstanding talent — Ukili Ibrai.

Famous singers of the country took part in the concert: Honored Artists of Kazakhstan Galim Mukhamedin (Zhezkazgan) and Bisara Makenova (Kokshetau), “Kazakstannyn enbek sinirgen kayratkeri” Nurbolat Arzamasuly (Astana), “Madeniyet salasyn uzdigi” Medet Osataev (Karaganda).

Creative collectives and soloists of the Philharmonic also performed: the Kazakh orchestra of folk instruments named after K. Kumisbekov under the direction of the artistic director and chief conductor — "Madeniyet salasyn uzdigi" Ruslan Koishybayev, winner of the medal "Halyk Algysy" Zhanat Yesov, winner of the medal "Yeren yenbegi ushin" Elmira Toleubayeva, winner of the medal "Shapagat" Ayakoz Kalmaganbetova, as well as winners of republican contests Sarsenbai Khasenov and Zamzagul Smagul.

During the evening, the Arkalyk singing tradition was presented and glorified, the creative legacy of Ukili Ibrai and his significant place in Kazakh art were especially noted. At the end of the concert, the artists were thanked, and their performances were warmly received by the audience.

Ukili Ibrai's precious legacy is the spiritual wealth of the Kazakh people and the priceless amanat left to future generations.
