The Department of Agriculture and Land Relations of the City of Kurchatov informs that on October 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., an electronic auction is being held for the sale of a land plot or the right to lease a land plot using the price increase method on the web portal of the Register of State Property https://e-qazyna.kz / (hereinafter referred to as the Portal).

Applications for participation in the auction are submitted in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 15, 2021 No. 297 "On approval of the Rules for organizing and conducting auctions for the sale of land or the right to lease land in electronic form on the web portal of the Register of State Property."

Registration of bids of bidders (auction) is carried out from the day the announcement is posted and ends five minutes before the start of the bidding (auction).

To participate in the auction, you must first register on the registry's web portal with the following information:

1) for individuals: individual identification number (hereinafter referred to as IIN), surname, first name and patronymic (if any);

2) for legal entities: business identification number (hereinafter - BIN), full name, surname, first name and patronymic (if any) of the first head;

3) the details of the current account in the second-tier bank for the refund of the guarantee fee;

4) contact information (postal address, phone, fax, e-mail).
To register as an auction participant, you must register an application for participation signed by the participant's EDS on the registry's web portal.

Attention! The reasons for the registry's web portal's refusal to accept the application are:

1) Failure by the participant to comply with the requirements specified in the notice, as well as failure to receive the guarantee fee specified in the announcement of the auction to the organizer's account five minutes before the start of the auction;

2) if the participant does not comply with the third paragraph of paragraph 2 of Article 20 of the Land Code;

3) if, in accordance with Article 96-1 of the Land Code, the participant is in the register of persons from whom land plots have been forcibly seized.

Based on the results of the automatic verification, the registry web portal sends an electronic notification of acceptance of the application or the reasons for refusal to accept the application to the participant's email address indicated on the registry web portal.
The participant admitted to the auction is provided with access to the auction hall using the auction number assigned by the registry's web portal.

The auction participants enter the auction hall within one hour before the start of the auction, using the EDS and the auction number, indicate their price offer for the bidding object (auction), which is not lower than the initial price.

The bidding (auction) begins at the time specified in the announcement of the bidding (auction).

The auction results for each object sold are formalized by an electronic protocol on the auction results, which is signed on the web portal of the registry by the seller and the winner using EDS on the day of the auction.

The protocol on the results of the bidding (auction) is a document recording the results of the bidding (auction) and the conditions for signing a contract for the purchase and sale of a land plot or the right to lease a land plot between the winner and the seller. the contract for the purchase and sale of a land plot or the right to lease a land plot is concluded in electronic format on the web portal and is signed by the seller and the buyer using EDS within 2 (two) business days from the date of signing the protocol on the results of the bidding (auction).

Attention! The guarantee fee is not refunded if the buyer refuses to conclude the contract provided for in paragraph 9 of this article, he is excluded from the auction, the guarantee fee is not refunded to him, and the auction item that the buyer refused to purchase may be put up for auction again.

The following objects of sale are put up for auction using the method of increasing the price:

Date of the auction: On 10/14/2025 at 10:00 a.m.;

The intended purpose of the land plot is to accommodate a loading and unloading area.

The location of the land plot is the Abai region, the city of Kurchatov, the northwestern part of the city;

Land area (hectare) – 0.9199 ha;

The object of sale (type of right) is Temporary paid land use for a period of 5 years;

Encumbrance of a land plot is without the right to make transactions, except for the transfer of collateral.

The initial price (tenge) is 1,190,350,6;

The amount of the guarantee fee (tenge) is 196,600.
