Meetings of representatives of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the population play an important role in strengthening trust between the state and citizens. Open dialogue allows not only to clarify aspects of financial policy, including changes in tax legislation and budget programs, but also to receive feedback. This helps to identify the real problems and needs of citizens and businesses.

So, the meeting of the Vice Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Asset Turysov with entrepreneurs and residents of the Karaganda region took place. The event was held in the format of an open dialogue, where topical issues of tax policy, measures of state support for business, as well as problems faced by local entrepreneurs and residents of the region were discussed.

Asset Turysov said that the plan for tax revenues to the state budget for 2024 in the Karaganda region was fulfilled by 97.6%. He also noted that in the first half of this year, 67.6 thousand residents of the region took advantage of tax breaks for transport and property, thanks to which the amount of tax exemptions amounted to more than 741.5 million tenge.

Particular attention during the meeting was paid to the digital transformation of public finances.

In his Address "Kazakhstan in the era of artificial intelligence: urgent tasks and their solutions through digital transformation," the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev set the task for the Government to ensure the introduction of artificial intelligence to modernize all spheres of the economy.

Currently, the Ministry of Finance is actively introducing digital solutions using elements of artificial intelligence, which makes it possible to automate processes, reduce the bureaucratic burden and minimize the human factor when interacting with tax authorities.

In addition, Asset Turysov presented digital projects of the Ministry of Finance, including the information system "ITAS," "SDF," a single personal account of the entrepreneur, as well as mobile applications "e-Salyq Azamat" and "e-Salyq Business." These tools are aimed at simplifying tax procedures, reducing the administrative burden and increasing transparency.

Such projects form a modern, customer-oriented administration system that complies with the principles of the "digital state."

At the end of the meeting, the Vice Minister answered topical questions from the residents of the region.
