Constitutional Court analyst Aliya Berdibayeva gave a lecture to doctoral and master's students at the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

During the meeting, she spoke about the activities of the constitutional control body and the specifics of considering citizens' appeals to the Constitutional Court.

The speaker paid special attention to the analysis of the normative resolutions of the Constitutional Court adopted following the review of the norms of criminal, criminal procedure, and criminal enforcement legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
