From September 29-30, 2025, technical training was organized with the participation of employees of the Atyrau Department of State Property and Privatization, specialists from the Atyrau branch of JSC Information and Accounting Center, and the Department of Public Procurement and Municipal Property of Atyrau Region.

During the training, the procedure for transferring state property assigned to state legal entities from one type of state ownership to another between state legal entities was explained in accordance with Order No. 75 of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 4, 2025 ("Rules for the Transfer of State Property Assigned to State Legal Entities from One Type of State Ownership to Another").

In addition, specialists from JSC Information and Accounting Center tested and conducted a practical demonstration of the software.
