The Government for Citizens state corporation has launched a courier delivery service for completed documents at its Public Service Centers (PSCs). The service was implemented as part of the "Public Service Manager" pilot program and is available at the state corporation's front offices.
How it works: When submitting an application, a PSC employee offers to arrange delivery. The applicant provides the address and pays for the service using a QR code through the bank's mobile app. The cost is 1,000 tenge in the regions. Delivery can only be ordered when submitting an application at a PSC.
Documents delivered (15 services): child's birth certificate; divorce certificate; duplicate certificates and archival certificates of birth, marriage, divorce, and death; duplicate educational documents; restoration of civil status records; apostille of official documents, etc.
Notifications and security: When ready, you receive an SMS from 1414 with a unique code. The courier will contact you in advance and verify your identity and confirmation code upon delivery.
Delivery status is available in the "TsON" mobile app (App Store/Google Play) under the "Document Delivery" tab. Authorization is via your IIN and phone number. This new service saves time, improves convenience, and enhances confidentiality—citizens no longer need to revisit the TsON to receive their completed documents.
