The Government for Citizens State Corporation has introduced a document delivery service at its public service centers.

The service was implemented as part of the "Public Service Manager" pilot project and is available at the State Corporation's front offices.

Now, when applying for a government service, a public service center employee offers the applicant the option to have the document delivered to the selected address. Simply provide the delivery details and pay on-site via a QR code using a second-tier bank's mobile app. The service costs 1,990 tenge in the central cities of Astana, Almaty, and Shymkent, and 1,000 tenge in regional branches.

Courier delivery is available for 15 types of government services. These include obtaining a child's birth certificate, divorce certificates, duplicate certificates and archival certificates of birth, marriage, divorce, and death, as well as issuing duplicate educational documents, restoring civil status records, and apostilling official documents.

It is important to note that delivery can only be ordered by submitting an application at a Public Service Center (PSC).

When documents are ready, the citizen receives an SMS notification from 1414 with a unique code. The courier then contacts the service recipient to determine the exact delivery time. Upon delivery, the courier verifies identification using an ID and a confirmation code.

Furthermore, delivery status can be tracked in the "Document Delivery" tab of the PSC mobile app (App Store/Google Play). Authorization in the app is performed using the IIN and phone number.

Thus, the introduction of this new service improves convenience and ensures confidentiality, allowing citizens to receive documents without re-visiting a public service center.
