On September 25, 2025, the event "The Road to a new Life" was held at the RSU "Institution No. 38" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
As part of the educational and re-socialization work with convicts, an event was organized at the Russian State Institution "Institution No. 38" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan aimed at supporting moral and spiritual values, forming positive thinking, increasing motivation for law-abiding behavior, and preparing convicts to return to society after serving their sentences.
The event was attended by notaries and bailiffs.
