Today, district akim Zhandos Yerkinbek visited a number of social facilities in Zhosaly settlement and inspected the progress of ongoing works.
First, the district head monitored the construction of a pedestrian walkway on T. Ryskulov Street. At present, a total area of 1,400 m² of pedestrian pavement has been laid. The necessary construction materials for the remaining part have been fully delivered. The project is being implemented by the contractor “Dimash” IE.

These improvement works are aimed at enhancing the architectural appearance of Zhosaly settlement and creating safe and comfortable living conditions for residents. However, cases of livestock grazing as well as damage to pedestrian walkways are still occurring. In this regard, Zhandos Yerkinbek instructed the relevant officials to pay attention to infrastructure quality and to strengthen efforts to preserve the attractiveness of the streets.

Afterwards, the district akim visited the old building of the Youth Resource Center and reviewed the progress of ongoing repairs. The contractor “Ai-Dan” IE began renovation work in September of this year. At present, 60% of the construction has been completed. According to the plan, the facility will be fully completed in October and handed over for effective use.

During the visit, the district akim instructed the contractors to complete the works on time and with high quality, and also tasked the relevant officials with strengthening control.
