By Resolution № 63 dated September 29, 2025, the Board of the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market has granted Joint Stock Company «Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan» permission to acquire a significant participation in the capital of Joint Stock Company «Click» (Republic of Uzbekistan).
