On October 1, 2025, Ambassador-at-Large – Head of the Representative Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty, Zhanibek Abdrashov, held a meeting with the Inspector General of the Ministry of Foreign Office of the Federal Republic of Germany, Sabine Stöhr.

The parties discussed issues of bilateral interaction in the political, economic and consular spheres. They also exchanged views on pressing matters related to the activities of the Consulate General of Germany in Almaty.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties noted mutual interest in the further strengthening of partnership.
