At a meeting chaired by Regional Akim Nurlybek Nalibayev, the organization of the Kazakhstan Cup final and the opening ceremony of the new 11,000-seat stadium were discussed. The meeting was attended by heads of regional departments and relevant agencies, as well as Bakhytzhan Pazylkhayyr, head of the Directorate for Professional Club Competitions of the Kazakhstan Football Federation.
The regional akim gave a number of instructions to the heads of responsible areas.
«During the opening ceremony of the new stadium, it is necessary to ensure an uninterrupted and stable power supply, check the power lines in advance, and prepare backup power sources for a rapid response in the event of an emergency.
An ambulance service must be organized on duty. Measures must be taken to ensure public order and safety, strengthen patrol services, regulate traffic, and be prepared for a rapid response.
The number of police officers in the area where the event is taking place should be increased to ensure public order among fans.
The stability of the socio-political situation is of utmost importance to us. The regional emergency department must thoroughly survey the stadium area and prevent any incidents or emergencies. Firefighting equipment must be on full alert.
Furthermore, sanitary and epidemiological requirements must be observed at the final match venue. Particularly strict control must be exercised over the cleanliness of food service areas and retail outlets, - said Nurlybek Mashbekovich.
