In this regard, a round table was held in the Ural City Court with the participation of representatives of the Department of the Penal Enforcement System for the West Kazakhstan region and institutions No. 74, 27, 28, as well as the Prosecutor's Office.

During the round table, the application of Article 74 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan in practice and issues of ensuring maximum coverage of persons entitled to a suspended sentence were widely discussed.

These measures are aimed at improving the work of law enforcement agencies and the judicial system, as well as protecting the rights of convicted citizens.
