Cooperation on reimbursement of forensic examination costs has been established in the North Kazakhstan Region.
On October 3, 2025, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed in the North Kazakhstan Region between the North Kazakhstan Regional Court, the Department of Justice of the North Kazakhstan Region, the Regional Chamber of Private Bailiffs of the North Kazakhstan Region, and the Institute of Forensic Examinations of the North Kazakhstan Region. The document aims to improve cooperation between the parties regarding reimbursement of budgetary expenses incurred during forensic examinations in civil cases.
Now, work between the court, experts, and bailiffs will be more coordinated. This will facilitate faster and more transparent enforcement of court decisions, especially when it comes to the reimbursement of funds spent on examinations.

Under the terms of the agreement, the parties agreed to:
• conduct regular reconciliations of writs of execution;
• monitor the reimbursement of examination costs;
• hold joint working meetings and events.
Such cooperation is an important step towards a transparent and fair judicial system in which all costs are accounted for and decisions are enforced effectively and promptly.
