As part of the Digital Bridge 2025 international IT forum, the Government for Citizens State Corporation organized a press tour for journalists from near and far. At the Citizens Service Center in Astana, the guests learned about Kazakhstan's experience in providing government services and evaluated the digital solutions being implemented.

The Government for Citizens State Corporation provided guests with a detailed explanation of the service department's operations and presented modern solutions being implemented for the convenience of citizens.

The journalists were shown the "Center for Citizens" mobile app and the one-stop-shop approach to providing government services. The international guests noted the high level of automation, user-friendly interfaces, and speed of service delivery.

"Today, over 90% of government services are available electronically. This is a significant achievement of digital transformation, confirming the effectiveness of the steps being taken and the sustainable development of digitalization in Kazakhstan. "We will continue to implement innovative solutions and improve processes to ensure our services meet modern requirements and citizens' expectations," emphasized Arman Kenzhegaliyev, Chairman of the Board of the Government for Citizens State Corporation.

The mobile app's innovative services generated no less interest: video calls for consultations, an online social benefit calculator, vehicle history checks, and the ability to process vehicle purchase agreements directly from a smartphone.

Particular attention was drawn to the document terminals, which allow citizens to apply for a passport or ID card in just a few minutes.

The delegation also saw a self-service area equipped with computers with internet access. Here, citizens without specialized equipment can independently access services electronically, without the involvement of State Corporation employees.

Following the visit, foreign media highly praised the organization of the public service centers and emphasized that Kazakhstan's experience could serve as a model for other countries in the digitalization of public services.

The press tour was part of coverage of the Digital Bridge 2025 international technology forum, which was attended by journalists from South Korea, Thailand, China, Malaysia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, and Belarus.
