A gala event dedicated to Teachers' Day «Ustaz – Ult shamshyragy» was held at the Arts Center. It was attended by the first heads of law enforcement agencies, representatives of the intelligentsia, industry veterans, heads of higher educational institutions. Regional Akim Nurlybek Nalibayev noted the work accomplished in the region's education sector and congratulated teachers on their professional holiday.

In the era of globalization, a country that has mastered advanced education and new technologies will have a complete advantage. If we can raise a conscious generation today, we will be at the forefront of progress tomorrow. Therefore, supporting this sector remains a key priority of state policy».
In our region, with the special support of the President and the Government, large-scale projects and new initiatives in education are being implemented. This year, the regional budget exceeded 850 billion tenge, an increase of 233 percent since 2022. 346 billion 800 million tenge was allocated to education, accounting for 40 percent of the regional budget. In 2022-2024, 812 billion 245 million tenge has been allocated from the budget to ensure high-quality education in our region.

At the ceremony, teachers were awarded the «Eren enbegі ushin» , «Shapagat», «Enbek ardagerі» medals, the «Ybyray Altynsarin» and «Bіlіm beru іsіnіn qurmetti qyzmetkeriі» badges, a Certificate of Honor from the Ministry of Education, a Certificate of Honor, a Letter of Appreciation, a Certificate of Honor from the Kyzylorda Region, a Letter of Appreciation from the Regional Akim, a Certificate of Appreciation from the Regional Education Department, and a sanatorium voucher.
It is worth noting that in recent years, the material and technical resources of educational institutions have been updated, and 317 subject classrooms have been modernized, improving the quality of education. The «Kazakhstan Education» public foundation allocated 2.6 billion tenge for regional education. As part of the «Auyldyq Aimaqtardagy Tіrek Mektepterdіn Aleuetіn Damytu» project, subject-specific classrooms in eight schools were refurbished for 2 billion tenge.
More than 2,500 rural children attended summer camps.
The facilities of special boarding schools for children with special educational needs were upgraded. Fifty rural schools in the region are implementing the experience of the «Bilim-Innovation» lyceums, equipping physics, chemistry, and biology classrooms. Additionally, the facilities of eight small schools will be strengthened. 1,745 teachers from the newly equipped schools will undergo special training funded by the regional budget.
