A new stadium with a capacity of 11,000 seats was opened on the left bank of the Kyzylorda River. The Kazakhstan Football Cup final match was held as part of the ceremony.
Tourism and Sports Minister Yerbol Myrzabosynov and President of the Kazakhstan Football Federation Marat Omarov attended the ceremony. Public figures and thousands of football fans also gathered.
Regional Governor Nurlybek Nalibayev congratulated those gathered on the opening of the new facility and wished the teams good luck.

In accordance with the instructions of our President Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich to develop sports infrastructure in the regions, including the construction of stadiums and sports complexes, a new stadium has been built in the city of Kyzylorda. President of the Kazakhstan Football Federation Marat Omarov noted the importance of the opening of the new stadium for national football.

The new sports complex, with a total area of 20,000 square meters, was built in accordance with modern international standards. It houses not only a football pitch but also gyms for boxing, wrestling, fitness, gymnastics, and weightlifting, all meeting Olympic standards. The complex also includes shops and cafes.
The ground floor of the building houses gyms, training rooms for football players, and wellness centers. The second floor houses administrative offices, and the third floor houses a conference hall for large-scale meetings. All the necessary conditions have been created for training athletes with disabilities.
The stadium meets UEFA Category 4 standards. The green field is equipped with an artificial turf that meets international standards, and modern lighting and sound systems have been installed. This, in turn, will allow for the hosting of high-quality international sporting and cultural events.
