The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs:
According to the letter of the Eurasian Economic Commission No. 13-602 dated 08/26/2025, a procedure for licensing the export of apples outside the country has been introduced in the Republic of Belarus since August 21, 2025.
This means that the export of apples from the territory of the Republic of Belarus is now possible only with the appropriate license.
Basis: Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 451 dated August 21, 2025.
The resolution sets out:
List of products to be licensed (including apples);
Conditions and procedure for obtaining a license;
The validity period of the restrictions.
