In October of this year, Otbasy Bank will begin distributing rental housing across the country. In accordance with the housing reform, rental housing will be allocated based on the date of registration and income level of individuals. Therefore, individuals on the waiting list must consent to the collection and processing of personal data on the Otbasy Bank website. Instructions are provided in the video. If difficulties arise, individuals can contact the self-service areas of public service centers and Otbasy Bank branches in their locality with a valid digital signature. In the absence of up-to-date income data, the individual may be denied rental housing.
