Regional Akim Nurlybek Nalibayev expressed gratitude to everyone who participated in the construction of the modern 11,000-seat stadium on the left bank and contributed to its high-quality construction.
«Our modern 11,000-seat stadium in Kyzylorda, built with the support of the President, was ceremoniously opened on October 4 with the final match of the Kazakhstan Cup. I would especially like to note that this is the third stadium in the country commissioned since Іndependence and has received a UEFA Category IV certificate. The Minister of Tourism and Sports, members of Parliament, the leadership and staff of the Kazakhstan Football Federation, media representatives, and distinguished guests attended this significant event. The public highly appreciates the new facility.
The stadium's construction was initially planned for three years. However, the contractor organized its work very well and completed the construction in just eighteen months, ahead of schedule, and to a high standard. On behalf of the entire people of the region, we express our gratitude to the head of the contractor, Islamgali Aituarovich Kozbakov, who completed the construction ahead of schedule, and to the entire company team», - said Nurlybek Mashbekovich.
At the meeting, Islamgali Kozbakov was awarded the «Kyzylorda oblysynyn damuyna qosqan ulesi ushin» medal and a letter of thanks from the regional akim.
Yerlan Turaliev, head of the regional department of construction, architecture, and urban development; Bakhtiyar Artayev, head of the department of physical culture, sports, and tourism; and Sadyk Mustafayev, honored coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan, were presented with certificates of honor and letters of thanks from the regional akim.
