Today’s priorities focus on strengthening social protection of the population and ensuring economic transparency. In this regard, a regular meeting was held at the Karmakshy District Akimat under the chairmanship of District Akim Zhandos Yerkinbek.

The agenda included two key issues that were previously discussed at meetings chaired by the Prime Minister and the Regional Akim: modernization of the Mandatory Social Health Insurance system and measures to reduce the shadow economy.

In his remarks, Zhandos Yerkinbek emphasized that health insurance is an important social initiative aimed at protecting the health of every citizen. On this topic, the Chief Physician of the District Hospital, Bakhytzhan Nysanbayev, provided a brief report on the implementation of the health insurance system in the district.

Following the discussion, the district akim gave several specific instructions. In particular, akims of the settlement and rural districts were tasked, together with the district hospital, to carry out individual work with uninsured persons and to organize awareness-raising activities.

The meeting also addressed preparations for the upcoming heating season, which remains under constant monitoring. Head of the District Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport, and Highways Bakhytbek Zhylturov reported on readiness for the heating season, coal reserves, and efforts to supply residents with fuel.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the district akim assigned concrete tasks and stressed the need for strict oversight of their implementation.

“Mandatory social health insurance, reducing the shadow economy, and preparing for the heating season are key areas that directly affect the lives of residents. Therefore, these tasks must be carried out systematically and efficiently. Each department head must recognize their responsibility and ensure high-quality organization of work,” said District Akim Zhandos Yerkinbek.
