As part of the systematic work to clarify the provisions of the new Tax Code, on October 9, 2025, a seminar with taxpayers was held at the State Revenue Department for the city of Zhanaozen.
The purpose of the seminar is to bring to the business community the main changes in tax administration provided for by the new Tax Code, to form a common understanding of the essence and significance of the upcoming innovations, as well as their impact on business and the sustainable development of the economy as a whole.
In their presentations, representatives of the Department presented in detail the conceptual approaches laid down in the new Tax Code, focusing on the following issues:
* improving the procedure for the administration of value added tax;
* Introduction of differentiated corporate income tax and VAT rates;
* Digitalization of tax procedures and strengthening of analytical tools;
* optimization of the reporting system and tax benefits;
* Reduction of special tax regimes;
The changes under discussion are aimed at increasing the openness, efficiency and fairness of the tax system, as well as strengthening the dialogue between the state and business.
